A low cost GIS based Decision Support System initially started by RESECO. It was developed using Java and MS-Access, without the need for any GIS software. Village level data regarding demography and amenities related to health, education,irrigation,infrastructure etc. are available using PRAGATI. This was developed at village level so that the higher level information like for taluka or district can be extracted by applying some Mathematical and logical queries based on various attributes. The software has been installed at all the districts of Gujarat state.It is developed by BISAG
